Deliveries and returns

All purchases from Wallin Jewels include free shipping. We ship the goods as soon as possible

Terms for delivery are stated in the checkout during each delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is from 2 days to 10 working days. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated at the respective article. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight company fails to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delays in delivery.

For goods in our order assortment, the delivery time may vary.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or incorrectly packed. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we pay for the new freight from us to you.

In case of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the freight!

Refund

If you use your right to withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or at most 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. Distance contract law does not apply to goods ordered home!
